went for the korean restaurant on third level.

i want to talk about training which i was looking forward to but soooo should have not

stupid i am aching like hell!!
okay, first it was ten rounds (?!?!?!)
then warm up then FOOTWORK which involves A HELL LOT OF SQUATTING.
SQUATTING!
that is why my legs want to die. i did a rough calculation.
90 squats + moving around + movement of racket + bending down and up a lot and jumping
it killed all of us other than the injured ones cause they don't have to do :(

so yes, i can barely walk today. i fee like an old woman!
will die in PE tomorrow
