training....
sucked
yet...
it rocked.
cause drills were damn slack, but physical was like...
WOW.
and thx to the fact that we havent done physical for like EON YEARS
and the fact that mrwee and janice were super mean today,
i bet everyone will hav ache tmr,
SEVERE ACHE.
gosh.
mrwee was like making us do some footwork thingy
then he got unhappy ask us go out and run
then he asked: was it a good run
and my stupid mouth had to open and say NO.
-.- he made us run another round.

so after all those tiring crap,
we did drills...
service and return of service.
damn slack, for like one hour, thats all we did!
yeah so training sucked and rocked
