haha, yesterday's training killed my legs! and i forgot the ice my thigh, i guess its nothing serious la cos wehn igot home the piercing pain stopped:)
i visitd amanda at kallang! she went for a movie, ice skated and (almost) bowled with siao shuen. hahah.
