sigh, what u said today.. it hurt me way beyond i thought it would. they were simple words that cut so deeep.
i didnt expect it at all, didnt see it coming.
when the words left your mouth, i felt so shocked, gobsmacked to be exact.
the only way to hide how i felt was to walk away, and luckily, i did.
i dont think i was brave enough to say out loud what i had in mind w/o embarrassing myself.
my heart felt as though u stabbed it continuously.
still feels the same thinking about it now
all this while i have been living in my own delusion and u happily played along.
